There is no wrong path.
There is only one path: yours.

I am an active and thriving mother of two daughters, and also an ex-expatriate who lived for more than 15 years abroad, constantly in contact with other languages and cultures.
This expatriation, far from my family and my roots in Auvergne (France), forced me to rethink my professional and personal project and to adapt to the local context.

This experience opened my eyes not only on who I wanted to be,
but also on the path I wanted to take in my life.

After spending many years working in international project management for companies and institutions, I specialized in executive and leadership training as well as personal and professional coaching.

My area of interest: personal and competency development. What do I like most about my job? To help women and men (re)discover themselves to unleash their full potential
and to regain control of their lives!

As a certified coach and trainer in personal development, my mission is to help women and men to reach self-fulfillment, whether it is personally or professionally. My objective is to guide you so you can know yourself better, identify more easily your objectives, and stack the odds in your favour so you can truly thrive in your life.

The relationship I have with my clients is simple, sincere, and relies on exchanging and sharing experiences.
